Capitol View Transitional Care Center is a 32-bed transitional care center inside the Regions Hospital campus at 640 Jackson Street in St. Paul, Minnesota, specializing in intensive short-term rehabilitation with inpatient therapy and nursing care after surgery or a hospital stay. It joined the HealthPartners family of care in 2001 and moved onto the Regions campus in 2011, operating as a separate nonprofit that shares a parent organization with Regions Hospital. It transitions more than 650 patients home each year.
